Additional rules information
The bathroom must be shared with the other tenant.
Laundry service and room cleaning is not included in the price and it costs extras US 25/ month and is done by a person dedicated to that job.
Bedroom and bathroom cleaning service is carried out by a person in charge of that job, but guests must be responsible for the order and cleanliness of the bathroom after they use it
The host will always cook the meals (breakfast and dinner), but if the guest wishes to cook something according to their culture, they can cook after prior coordination with the host. Breakfast and dinner will be available from monday to friday.
Regarding your beliefs and habits, I am not a good option for vegan people since we prepare all kind of foods.
