This is a loft style apartment (it’s necessary to climb a ladder to reach the bed) you will have your own private and fully equipped apartment with beautiful outdoor areas.
5 minute walk to center of Ciudad Colon.
At the property there is another apartment and a house. There is a common laundry area, refreshing pool and bbq area to share.
Rent covers all utilities: (water, electricity and internet). In case that is need it, there is cleaning and laundry service available with extra charge.

The apartment is strictly just to accommodate 1 person.
No parties allowed on the property.
Common areas, appliances or tools must be clean after every use (including BBQ area or laundry machine)
Smoking inside the houses is not permitted. It is forbidden to throw any plastic, paper towels or feminine hygiene products in the toilet.
Considerations:
Respect and cordiality are necessary values requested from all tenants. All tenants must contribute to maintaining a peaceful environment with all other residents and nature.
The tenants cannot assign all or part of the rights derived from this apartment to another person, cannot sublet. The apartment will be used only for living space of the tenant.
The lease of the property includes appliances inside the apartment which should be taking care as your own, in case any problem the tenant must let know about the situation to look for the best way to fix it or replace it.
In case of power, water or internet outages that may affect the property landlord will put the report of the outage with the respective service company. Landlord can’t guarantee how fast the problem will be solve due involvement of third parties.
