House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you'd like to smoke, please feel free to use the garden area for your comfort.
Please dispose of toilet paper and other hygiene products in the bin provided—do not flush them down the toilet.
Since the refrigerator is shared, kindly keep your items tidy and organized.
Please keep the kitchen clean, wash any utensils or dishes you use, and leave the space as you found it.
I offer weekly room cleaning and change your bed linens once a week.
Laundry service is available weekly if you’d like me to handle it. However, you are also welcome to use the washing machine if you prefer doing it yourself.
Please drink alcohol responsibly and avoid excessive drinking inside the house.
If you're planning to bring guests over, kindly let me know in advance.
Above all, this is your home during your stay. I want you to feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for. I’m here to help in any way I can—with love and a warm “Pura Vida” spirit!
