Hi everyone! The owner of this house is named Ronald, and he is a very kind, friendly, and generous person. We went on many adventures together to volcanoes and hikes. He lives on the top floor, and you will have the entire bottom floor for yourself, besides when Ronald comes and goes. You'll have everything you need! Personal kitchen and bathroom, a laundry machine(no dryer), kitchen supplies, sheets and blankets, cleaning supplies. Its ready to live in. The place has a beautiful view; monkeys, birds, and sometimes coatis come by. If you like peace, quite, and nature, this is the place for you. Some great hiking trails nearby. The house is found at an 8-minute walk from the Uni, which is up the mountain, a 1.5 hour walk from town. Ronald offers rides to town often as walking or finding an uber is often difficult (this was definitely the hardest part about the house. An uber is usually 6-7USD and the drive is ~15 mins from town, but maybe 20 mins for the uber to get to you first). I truly think I got lucky finding such a good place and host to live with. If you can manage the distance from town and enjoy the quiet nature, book this home.
