To ensure a harmonious and respectful coexistence, we kindly ask all tenants to adhere to the following rules:

1. Quiet Hours:

A quiet environment must be maintained from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. out of respect for all residents.

2. Visitors:

Guests are allowed. You must be responsible for all your guests

3. Use of Common Areas:

Please keep all spaces clean after use (laundry area).

4. Pets:

We are pet friendly. Pets (dogs or cats) are allowed; however, it is important for the student and future tenant to be aware that the apartment is fully enclosed (just a small front balcony) and does not have outdoor areas such as gardens, which may not be ideal for pets. Therefore, bringing a pet is left to the student's discretion.

5. Rent Payment:

Rent must be paid on time on the agreed day of each month. Late payments will incur additional charges.

6. Maintenance and Damages:

Tenants are responsible for reporting any damage or malfunction. If caused by negligence, the tenant will be required to cover the cost of repairs.

7. Security:

Always lock the doors when leaving. Do not share keys with others.

8. Contract and Deposit:

The rental contract must be signed at the start of the second month, along with the rent payment and the security deposit.
