Important rules of coexistence at home: 1_ Common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, patio, laundry room, parking lot and green areas, 2_ Maintain order and cleanliness in these areas. 3_ Wash the kitchen utensils you use. 4_ Each person must supply their own food and respect those that belong to other people. 5_ Deposit the garbage in its respective place 6_ Garbage bins available: organic waste, plastics, aluminum, paper, cardboard and glass 7_ Pets are not allowed. 8_ No drugs. 9_ Smoking is not allowed in any internal space. 10_ Parties, music, lunches, dinners or other collective activities with people who do not live in the place are not allowed. 11_ The hour of silence begins at 10:00pm, and ends at 7:00am the next day. During this time there should be no loud conversations, music, movies, videos, machines and lights, which could disturb the tranquility of people who are resting. 12_ Room cleaning is done once a week. 13_ You cannot drill or stick objects on the walls. 14_ It is not allowed to take any utensils out of the property. 15_ Personal objects should not remain in common areas 16_ We are a place that seeks harmony with nature, we reduce the use and consumption of electricity, water, plastic, glass, cans, etc. 17_ We promote healthy coexistence. We respect diversity: ethnic, ideological and sexual. 18_ The payment for the room is $320 dollars per month. Additionally, the student will make a deposit of $320 dollars. (there is the possibility of making the deposit in two payments) 19_ The student may bring a guest. The price per guest is $20 per night.
