Studio occupation rules

• Please always keep the property entrances on the front and back locked.
• Do not let strangers in the property, for any reason at all.
• Call and/or text immediately when anything of suspicious nature occurs.
• Keep studio curtains, windows and doors closed when out.  Your vehicle must be locked inside the property.
• Please keep the calm in case of earthquakes.  You can walk to parking lot as the security zone.
• Do not move furniture and equipment, including the Wi-Fi router.  Do not disconnect the wi-fi router.
• Turn off the faucet(s) and lights when not in use.

• Do not leave kitchen on unattended.  Kitchen must be turned off when not in use.
• Absolutely no smoking in any room or area of the unit.
• Absolutely no drug use or possession of drugs on the premises.
• Absolutely no firearms.
• Absolutely no underage drinking and no drunkenness.
• Absolutely no incense or candles.
• Unplug all personal devices when out.

• Do not throw any objects, toilet paper or paper towel into the toilet. Costa Rican pipes are small, and this action can damage the plumbing.
• Clean sink and shower after each use, especially hair.
• Please keep toilet seat cover down to avoid bad odors.

• Use cutting board to cut and shop on.  Please do not cut or shop on counter and table.
• Clean all dishes, pots and pan sink and shower after each use.
• Clean/wipe kitchen, microwave, and coffee maker after use.
• Defrost the fridge every two days.

• Please no holes in the walls.  Keep your studio walls clean, also from any humidity sign. Do not apply paints, decals or drawings on walls, doors, floors, ceilings or furniture.
• Please dress appropriately when using common areas.
• Please no guests without prior consent via WhatsApp.
• Please store keys in the studio key hanger.  Keys loss and, the subsequent key lock or padlock replacement costs will be charged in addition to the monthly payment.
• You are responsible of yours and other tenants’ belongings in case security measures are not fully observed.
• Please no loud music, or heavy noise on the property.
• Please absolutely no parties in the respect of other tenants right for stillness.  Tenants who interrupt the peace and quiet of other tenants could be asked to leave.
• Do not leave any cuttler in the common areas, including laundry room.
• Always keep premises in a clean sanitary condition.
