- 📝Written Comment: The property we rented is adjacent to the hosts’ house, so they were close by and of great help whenever we needed something! Because of a separate entrance, we still had enough privacy and the property felt very safe, especially with the 3 locked doors and the hosts’ 5 dogs. The location is ideal, very close to the UPEACE bus stop at Chepe Monge (2 min walking) and about 10 minutes to the closest grocery store. The only downside is that it can sometimes get loud due to sports games in the next door gym or traffic, but this is something to get used to. The property has a really nice private outside area, and a lime tree in the garden. The inside area consists of two rooms (one living area and one bedroom). The place is very clean and felt like a home very quickly! The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, small fridge, microwave, mini oven, pots, two hobs, coffee maker, and the property also includes bed sheets, towels, and a washing machine, which is very convenient. In the rainy season, the apartment tends to get quite humid, but the hosts kindly provided two dehumidifiers, which helped a lot! Overall, as a queer couple we felt very comfortable living here, the hosts were truly wonderful! Would definitely recommend this property, for two people the space can be a little tight, but it worked out very well for us!
