HOUSE RULES
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours in accordance with town regulations and as a courtesy to the neighbors.
- Damage Reporting: Please report any damages that occur during your stay immediately.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit is required in the second month. It will be returned once the contract is finalized, provided there are no damages or outstanding issues.
- Contract Signing: The lease contract will be signed in the second month of residency.
- No Discounts for Absence: There will be no rent reductions for periods when the apartment is unoccupied, such as during vacations.
- Trash Disposal: Please take the trash out on Mondays and Thursdays, placing it in front of the house.
- Guest Policy: No unregistered guests are allowed.
- Travel Notification: If you plan to travel, please notify your host. This allows us to assist in case of emergencies.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late at night, please ensure the main gate of the property is locked.
- Cleaning Services: Basic cleaning services will be provided twice a month at no extra cost. If more frequent cleaning is required, it will be available for an additional charge.
- Care of Appliances: Most of the appliances are brand new. Please use them with care.
- Prohibited Activities: No big parties are permitted. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Decorations and Modifications: Please ask the owner for permission before making any modifications
