The tenant is responsible for taking care of the apartment and its furniture.
The tenant must inform the owner of any damage and repair it within a maximum of 8 days. If the repair is not made, the owner may do it and charge it in the next rent payment.
The tenant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the apartment and must keep it in good hygienic condition during the stay.
Social visits are allowed, but the order of the apartment must be maintained. Smoking inside the property is prohibited, as well as hosting parties or increasing the music volume after 10:00 PM.
The owner is not responsible for accidents on the rented property or its surroundings.
The tenant may not sublease, donate, or assign the rental to others.
If the tenant no longer wishes to rent the apartment, one month's notice must be provided.
