The apartment is 500m to the UPEACE bus stop and walking distance to town with markets, restaurants and bars. It has all the comforts you will need for your stay, including air conditioning, a hot shower, full kitchen, a 58-inch Smart TV with sound system, and a new laundry machine.

We live in the next-door apartment and are very responsive should you need us during your stay. The apartment would be perfect for a student or a couple who’d like a peaceful relaxing location with a little extra luxury. We are happy to have you stay with us!

Additional rules information

Maximum of 2 permanent people staying in the apartment. Overnight guests are only allowed with prior permission and no more than 3 people max staying in the apartment. Any guest other than the permanent tenant (even if just one permanent tenant) will be charged $20 per person per night, but we can discuss this at the time. Apart from the kitchen area, the house should be a shoe-free area - bring slippers! And the bathroom is a wet room so no shoes at all. We require to do an obligatory deep clean of the house every month - windows, floors, etc. This will cost $20 per month. We can discuss a more frequent cleaning service if you'd like. The utilities, including electric, water, cable and fiber-optic internet are included in the cost. However, The AC should not be left on when you are not in the apartment. We will discuss a limit of the electric bill based on a general use of AC and anything above this limit will be charged extra. We have 3 beautiful cats in the apartment next door. They usually keep to themselves but sometimes may explore and want to make friends. We recommend certain windows and the balcony door to not be left open unattended at certain times of the day - we can discuss this when you are here.
