We are renting a private room in a peaceful home surrounded by nature, with a large yard and plenty of green space. The bathroom is shared with another student (not with the host), offering added privacy and comfort.
The area is especially ideal for runners, walkers, and anyone who enjoys being outdoors, with easy access to scenic routes and open spaces.
The home is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from UPEACE and a nearby café with vegan and vegetarian options.
A regular cleaning service is included in the rent. Laundry facilities and cleaning supplies are also available to renters.
Meals are not included; however, renters have full access to the kitchen and pantry, with space to store and prepare their own food.
The host is a UPEACE alumna, speaks fluent English and Spanish, and is happy to welcome incoming students into her home, offering a warm, supportive, and student-friendly living environment.
