About this listing

JIMANDA Residence is a welcoming place full of life, music, art, flora, and fauna. We are a family of three who are more than happy to host students in our home, making sure they feel comfortable in what will be their home for a while.

Our house has plenty of space for students to feel at ease, along with large green areas and a swimming pool. We also have pets in the family: Rudi, our most loyal companion, and our four hens.

The residence offers two available rooms — one with a double sofa bed and another with a bunk bed. Both rooms have closets and large windows that fill the space with natural light.

There is also an office where students can have privacy while studying, two private bathrooms with full amenities, as well as a kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, terrace, swimming pool, green areas, and a fire pit.
