Additional rules information

The bathroom must be shared with the other tenant. Laundry service is included in the price and is done by a person dedicated to that job. Bedroom and bathroom cleaning service is carried out by a person in charge of that job, but guests must be responsible for the order and cleanliness of the bathroom after they use it The host will always cook the meals (breakfast and dinner), but if the guest wishes to cook something according to their culture, they can cook after prior coordination with the host. Regarding your beliefs and habits, I am not a good option for vegan people since we prepare all kind of foods. For reasons of use of common areas, we prefer to rent the rooms to men.

I stayed with Ronald Escalante for 3 weeks during the Water Security course I took at UPeace. I had a wonderful stay at Ronald’s home. He’s incredibly friendly and cheerful, and he went out of his way to make me feel welcome. In just a short time, he helped me pick up some Spanish, which I really appreciated. His cooking was fantastic! The house itself is spacious, with a lovely outdoor seating area and a refreshing pool. Overall, Ronald made my experience truly enjoyable and comfortable, I felt right at home!
